Excellence itself. I've seen him for about 3 years and his attention to detail, willingness to help, his care is remarkable. You have to be an active participant in your care but if you are he goes the extra mile and his ability to diagnose and treat are superb. If you listen and ask questions and participate in your care he can help you become healthier than you have ever been. Wonderful doctor can't say enough. Also the cleanest facility I have ever been in. Extremely satisfied in my care.

I don't even want to give him the one star. I was with Inland Health, now Dignity Health Group for many MANY years. After Dr. Paul left and Dr. Vargas took over I left too. Never have I ever experienced such rude, arrogance, not to mention he is NOT a people person! He wouldn't listen to my concerns, I mention something is wrong and he tells me, "oh...very good very good"! He obviously doesn't listen! Because of my test results and blood work and a family history of cancer, I requested further study and he said he wanted to wait 6 months and go from there. And what!!! An what if!?!
