This company just did a complete hvac removal and replacement on the business that I manage. They also installed thermostats to make our bill more energy efficient. I just want to say that not only are these guys amazing when it comes to timing, minimal disruption on my business during the process, but they are very down to earth, quick and knowledgeable. NICK thanks so much for always communicating with me on every thing that was going on. Every step of the way you showed the upmost care and concern for our customers and my staff. Even the cranes you used were barely noticed! I wish this company great success in its future. They definitely deserve it.
They dispatched someone on the same day (thus far, the hottest day of the year). The technician, Nick, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. My AC unit is running better than ever. I highly recommend CSR for excellent, honest (and no bs) service.
