Had my hard drive crash. Unit was repaired in a few hours, and the cost was as quoted. Sean was courteous and friendly, and the computer is now functional. There is a thirty day warranty on the work, and I will amend the review if I have any issues. Service was a little pricey, but what isn't these days... plus it was fast. I will use these folks again if I need computer service or advice.

My laptop crashed, and I didn't know if it was the hard drive or the bios. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Sean. Sean said he would run some diagnostics and get back to me that same evening when he figures out what the problem was. He said that he was working on another device but would get to my machine after that. Well, again, it was already Friday afternoon and they are not open on weekends, so I figured Sean would figure out the issue and call me on Friday and work would begin on Monday. There was no phone call on Friday, but Sean called me on Saturday morning to let me know he discovered problem and that I needed a new hard drive and he could have it done in a few hours. He apologized for not calling the night before, but the other device he was working on took longer than he anticipated so he didn't get a chance to look at my laptop. He said he came in on a Saturday morning, when they are normally closed, to run the diagnostics that he promised me the night before. He said that since he was already in the office, knew what the repair would be and already had the part that he would stay and get the repair done. That is amazing costumer service! I felt bad that I could not get over to pick it up until Monday since he spent a weekend day in the office working to fulfill a promise that he made to a customer. I've had no issues the laptop since I picked it up a week ago. Will I be sending friends here when that have computer issues? You bet I will! I don't normally write reviews, whether good or bad, but exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized. Great job, Sean. Thank you!!

Great work. Quality job done quickly. I waited before writing a review. I didn't want to write a positive review only to have a problem a week later. I had a 4 year old higher end laptop that I use for business and personal needs that crashed. Geek Squad said my harddrive crashed and was sure I had malware issues and wouldn't even touch it and simply pushed me to buy another high end laptop. Another repair guy quoted me $800 and week to repair. Friend referred me to Sean at Computer Headz. Sean immediately told me that he could take care of things at a reasonable price and it would be crazy to buy a new comparable unit at $1200+ when I already had a powerful machine with I7 processor and plenty of storage. 2 days and $250 got me a new harddrive full data recovery and I walked out with basically a new laptop. He backed up everything he quoted and more. And over the last 3 months since the repair he's been a phone call away when I've had any type of IT question. Highly recommend!!!!!
