Started coming here after we moved to Big Bear. Jennifer does an amazing job, she's so nice and takes her time. I'm happy to drive down the mountain to get my nails done here

I just started going to this nail salon and I loooove it. They are friendly they take their time. And I really like Johnny's customer service. He's dope! My new place to get my gel manis! And they're reasonably priced for their services. ?

Jennifer does great work. I will only let her do my nails. She is gentle and pays attention to detail. She always takes my feedback and adjusts.Expect to wait when you go, even if you have an appointment.Peter (owner) can be a little too rough for me. He has done my acrylic once and cut my skin. He can come across rude sometimes, but if you are respectful and nice to him, he will be the same to you.They do a kids manicure for my daughter and she enjoys it.I have had a couple of disappointing experiences here, but will continue to go back because they are friendly and Jennifer does good work.
