My service pole fell and lost power. I call several companies and he was the only one that responded to my request and told me he could help me. He said he'll call me the next day before noon. The next day come he doesn't call. I waited and waited and I decided to call and he doesn't answer. I call again and again the next day he finally responded with a text saying he had a emergency and told me to give him my address and he'll go check it out but didn't. Very unresponsive and unreliable. My service pole is still laying in the ground

I hired artisan do up grade our electrical panel. Gave him half the money up front this was end of Jan 2020 job never completed I asked for copy of his work order several times never received one! Meantime be I'm out of town taking care of my 91 year old father. Anyway he said job was done. I sent him the other half after he threatened to put a lien on my house. So I paid him. When I came home he had not completed job left my panel exposed to the elements, cut out sheet rock left hole in wall, when I questioned him he said that fixing my wall was not in work order I said neither was destroying my wall. After the power went out in a major portion of house and during 100 degree heat I called Artisan Electric or help. Luis was quick to respond and after some initial checking found the problem in a sub breaker in the garage. In a matter of minutes the problem was solved and Luis showed me and granddaughter what to do if it should happen again.His fee was reasonable and he has emergency hours right here in Hidden Valley Lake. I will always call Artesian Electric for any future work and will recommend Luis to anyone need electrical repairs.Thank you LuisSherry DennisEagle Rock RD
