Took Koda and Kenai to the Knotty Groomer to get groomed by Felicia. Since this is her craft, we let her style them how she sees fit. Our only request is to clear Kenai's face so he can see. His hair grows over his eyes.
Felicia is friendly. Her energy is positive. She calms the dogs with her approach and smooth tone. She gives the dogs her attention. I like that she takes her time and has the patience to care for each of our dogs separately.

Love this place! We’ve been going to them for a couple years now. They are always so nice and sweet. They usually respond very quickly for an appointment, even when it’s last minute. They send you texts updating you when your pups will be ready. Our dogs always come home smelling so good and their fur feels so soft and clean. They are truly great. ♥️
