We are incredibly grateful for the care and service of Samaritan Animal Hospital. We unfortunately had to put down our 15 year old Doberman today, the day after Thanksgiving. We called so many places, most were closed or unable to provide the service we needed today. Samaritan Animal Hospital was not only open and able to help, but incredibly kind and patient with us and our sweet old girl. Great Customer service… excellent staff … Michelle G really stood out with her excellent customer service and over-the-top, caring and compassion for my little baby. She did a excellent job coordinating between the vet and my dog for excellent care. Great great experience thanks to Michelle..
I was once a believer.
The three stars was for a previous visit with a doggo emergency. Since then red flags. So moving fast forward our awesome pet Chi chi a return doggie patient had an emergency, I walked in with her in my arms basically BEGGING for help and she was turned away it was a 911 help me situation.That was red flag #1 I was given many excuses why they couldn’t help her. Yet 30 minutes later I show up to Bear valley animal hospital full parking lot, waiting room also full! I had my doubts but I had to try, I very grateful X-rays vet care and a week later Chi chi was a happy healthy camper. 😊 (as a walk in before closing)
