Our AC went out and, of course, it's been crazy hot. A friend recommended Phillips since they were able to fix theirs a couple months earlier. We called and they said they could come out a couple days later. They showed up within the time they said and quickly found the problem. They had the part needed with them and were able to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Phillips! They were able to get to us the day after we called and diagnosed the problem with our heating unit in 5 minutes. Turns out is was the regulator on our propane tank and not the heating unit at all. So grateful they knew this! We had called another company prior to this and 3 weeks and several unneeded parts later the heater still didn't work. He wanted us to replace the entire unit, which still wouldn't have worked without the new regulator that was only $100 to replace. So glad we got aother opinion from Phillips, who clearly knows what they are doing and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars.Service: Heating system repair

We had worked with Phillips in the past but didn't take the time to write a review. Shame on us! The first time was for our rental property and Phillips was quick, very professional and nice (two different things) and gave us a very good price. Our tenants haven't had any problems since (8/18). Our 2nd time was yesterday. Kelly made our appointment and David showed up and made our lives so much better. Not only because he fixed our AC unit within minutes of opening it up, but he literally saved us $$$$. Another company had come out and tried to sell us on some crazy price to replace the unit. Though our unit is old and if we were rich folk, would have no problems replacing it today, but it still may have a few years left in her. David could've easily have tried to sell us on a new unit but he was honest with us every step of the way. That is why we are now dedicated customers of Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning and have told friends and family about them. They are also a family owned business. I love that! Thanks guys!
