Came in and the vibe was great! They played good music! Aesthetically appealing! I got a new girl who was doing a TERRIBLE job. Didn't clean my feet but the owner came in to the rescue! I'd definitely go back
Every single person I encountered in the salon that day was genuinely friendly and funny. The owner seems like she takes good care of her employees AND her clients - I eavesdropped during a job interview with a new manicurist and it made me want to work there too!! The stylist Ana did such a marvelous job on my mane! One specific trait I noticed right away was how gentle and efficient she is. The salon itself was super clean and had so much character. It was my first visit and it won't be my last.
Unfortunately I spent $85 and tipped for two nails to fall off completely and another to separate from the nail polish. She didn't use the primer before sculpting the set. Not to mention the shady shaping and lack of attention to detail. The customer service was nice given great conversation for over 2 hours. Just wished the work that was paid for would of been worth it.Nails barely last 4 hours later...they were sculptued on!
