I joined FFI in the summer of 2019 nervous to my core. I got stronger physically and mentally and pushed myself to limits I never thought possible with the amazing support from the coaches and encouragement of everyone there! Brandy and the coaches truly have everyone’s best interest at heart and meet you where you’re at in your journey, which was important to me. FFI is more than just a gym, it’s a family and safe zone.

Best crossfit box ever!!!Their passion and love for all the members is on a whole different level than what anyone would ever imagine! These coaches are ALL IN!!!! They legit walk step by step with you during your journey!! They are focused on your physical health, mental health, and emotional health!!! We have coaches staying after and conversing with members about nutrition goals, protein goals, water intake, mobility, etc. It's not about a number of members! It's all quality

A friend was trying to get me to go here for about 2 years and i had every excuse as to why i couldn’t go. I gained so much weight in the last year i was so uncomfortable and reached my breaking point. I finally gave in and boy am I kicking myself in the butt for not doing it sooner. It has been almost 2 months that i have been going EVERY DAY M-F and i absolutely LOVEEEEEEE it!
