This is one of my quicker reviews, being Christmas Eve. To make a long story short(er), my husband and I needed to have an emergency heater repair for his mom. We learned about her overnight issues at 7:30 am (she didn't want us to know earlier than that). After scouring the listings and being told the earliest would be the 26th, we came across Patrick and Exclusive HVAC. He was able to take the call today of all days and repair the capacitor on the heater. Mom is happy and more importantly: Warm and on her way back to well needed comfort. Thank you for coming out on such a day!

Phillip at Exclusive HVAC cleaned and repaired my unit in my CA today. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He educated me on what the issue was and provided a resolution along with some preventative steps to take as I have an older home. When he finished, my unit was working better than it had in years. I needed immediate service and put out a request on Yelp on a Sunday night and got an almost instantaneous response and promise to help! The tech arrived at the promised time and did the work quickly and efficiently. The system is once again cooling as it should. Thanks guys!
