Josh replied very quickly and was very professional. He removed two wasps nests at our new home fairly quickly and is super nice ! He was available the day of to complete service. Would definitely recommend!

Josh was exactly what we needed. My parents based in Loma Linda had an infestation that needed to be dealt with without evacuating the house and with pet-friendly materials/techniques. Josh assured us he would only use techniques that met those requirements and that he could offer follow-up services depending on his assessment of our infestation. Other larger companies we talked to seemed to not want to accommodate these requests or offered these services at a much higher rate. Josh was professional, accommodating, quick to reply, affordable with the most competitive rate when compared to other companies, and he was able to be at our house within the same day we contacted him. He called us before coming to our house and texted us afterward to follow up on how it was going. We appreciate his great customer service!

I was looking for a new pest control company. I reached out to JBD pest control and Joshua was at my place the next day. He was on time, very professional and his rates are competitive. I am extremely satisfied with his services. If you are looking for a person who cares about their work, you will be more than satisfied with Joshua. I have used other pest control companies in the past, and I have NEVER seen anyone put in the time to spray like Josh did. I would strongly recommend his company to my family and friends.
