They are great. They did everything exactly as they promised. I am completely satisfied with my new ac/heating installation.

After making the appointment for between 8:30 and 9:30 no one showed I had to call to fine out there was problem with there schedule, no call to let me know. They reschedule for between 1:00 and 2:00, again no show I called back and was told the tech was on his way should be at my house in 30 minutes, again no show tried to call but no answer. The tech finally showed up at as 3:45 as we were leaving. The tech said sorry with the attitude, more like oh well. This companies techs has no respect for the costumer. Needless to say I told him to leave.

Terrible service! I had appointment for 1 pm to 2 pm to repair my A/C at my condo in Silver Lakes. I drove over from Las Vegas to be here for them. It was hot in the condo with no A/C. I got a call at 12:30 pm and they said they had a truck break down and wouldn't be out until 5:30 pm. I said OK. At 5:25 pm I got a call and they said they would be here in about 45 minutes to an hour. I said OK. The gal who was nice said I would have to pay the overtime rate because it was after 5:00 pm.
