(From an over protective / obsessed dog mom) I want to say Thank you to Dr. Bueno for keeping me at ease with her confidence that my Bobby is in good hands with her. . Bobby needed a dental cleaning but his heart issue made me very nervous for anesthesia. Dr. Bueno made sure to read the anesthesia clearance from his cardiologist to make sure everything went smoothly. . She has a lot of patience and makes sure she answers all questions to the best of her knowledge. . To Nayeli, Monica, Kara and Adriana, Thank you for taking such good care of my little man .. He loves it there every time . . . VCA Coast is definitely an amazing team ❤️

So expensive now that owned by VCA chain.Started going when privately owned by Dr Alice V. Place very clean. Whole range of services. Vets are nice but can be rushed so wonder if double booked. Techs kind w pets. Parking lot is sloped severely & can be difficult to maneuver when getting cat carrier out of car. Get pet insurance.

I highly recommend VCA Coast. The staff are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and make you feel like family, all at the same time. From puppy vaccinations, dental maintenance, wellness exams, surgeries (including cancer removal!!), euthanasia + everything in between, they have been wonderful. Always helpful, accommodating and supportive. I am so grateful my dogs are cared for by VCA Staff. Dr. Valerie Bueno is our fave. She's amazing, along with the entire staff.
