Terrazas Roofing helped with an inspection during escrow. Im glad we paid for a specific roofing inspection since they uncovered damages not found during general report. The seller provided a credit and I hired Terrazas for the repairs.The team cleaned up after themselves and after 3 months of off and on rain there is still no leaks. When I need a new roof in a few years I'll be sure to consider them for the outstanding work on our repair.

Mike inspected my roof and explain what would happen to locate my roof leak. Very friendly and answer all my questions. Oscar the roof repairman was on time and very professional. Located the source of the leak and repaired it. I definitely recommend Terrazas Roofing.
