I purchased on Groupon. The day of my appointment (I already drive all the way there) I got a text that my appointment was cancelled bc the lady was sick. It was right before my wedding so I was glad they cancelled instead of getting me sick. They told me they would reschedule. I've texted multiple times since and have not get any response.

I hate to leave bad reviews but they left me with no choice. I purchased a Groupon for the BB glow facial before I was set to go on vacation, I texted asking when there was available appointments I received no response so I called the following day and they were able to book my appointment and I was all set. I noticed they had availability on a day that worked better for me so I changed my appointment. I arrived at the time of my appointment and I got a lil lost so I texted/called no response I ended up finding it quickly but I noticed the door was locked and no one was there fine I thought maybe they were running late. Then I finally get a call back & the lady I spoke with said there was a possible Covid exposure and I was supposed to be contacted because they cancelled all of their appointments. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. Mind you I live 45 minutes away and we all know gas is very pricey right now. She seemed apologetic & offered me a free service stating this was not a reflection of their business even offering to have someone come in later or the following day for me that was fine by me. After the phone call I texted saying I could stay in the area for a few hours or come back that weekend, I never received a call or text back it has been nearly 2 weeks. I feel like they probably only do this to Groupon customers. I had to reach out to Groupon to receive a refund because I surely wasn't going to receive a response from them. It sucks because I admire their work and was excited to receive their services but that is definitely bad customer service.

I had a previous microblading job performed on my brows, but the artist was brand new and after one year, the brown pigment on my brows turned orange. I wanted to find someone who knew what they were doing to fix the bad initial job. This is where Shaena came into the picture. Shaena is so wonderful at her trade. She was able to fix the pigment AND totally improve the brow's shape so they fit my face better. I was so impressed by her knowledge and felt at ease with her, so we also did my dusty winged eye liner. Having brows and liner has been a game changer with my morning routine! Semipermanent makeup is amazing and I have no regrets getting it done with Shaena.
