Never have I ever had a personal trainer as awesome as Justin! He creates an individualized fitness program, always keeping it fresh so I never get bored and am always challenged. The goal is RESULTS and he takes care to keep you on track so you see the results you are looking for. He's also super personable and keeps the conversation flowing... even when I'm out of breath!
