While I have not personally had the opportunity to use Levine Homes Real Estate & Construction, I did want to call out an incredibly kind action of an employee of your company- it shows the caliber of folks you hire/retain. After getting stuck at a very tricky intersection, a gentleman in one of your company trucks took time out of his day to ensure I would be safe while waiting for a ride. Thank you sir! Your actions are appreciated! When I need a contractor, this will be the first company I call!

The team at Levine Homes was incredibly helpful when it came time to find a tenant for my home and to find another property for me to move into! Mike was very thorough in explaining both sides of the lease agreements and was always available to answer any questions I had. I also utilized Mike for some home renovation services - his team was courteous and professional. I have recommended Levine Homes several times already!

Extremely helpful team of experts! Home buying can be such a daunting experience but Monica and her colleagues made it practically effortless. My family and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the South Bay Area!!!
