I've been going to LaserAway for over ten years, and it continues to be one of my absolute favorite places. The staff is consistently kind and professional, the nurses are knowledgeable and caring, and the entire environment is clean, modern, and welcoming. That said, I'm writing this review because my most recent visit truly stood out. It was the best experience I've ever had at a place I already love. From the moment I walked in, Ed at the front desk immediately set the tone for the entire appointment. His energy is contagious, and he has that rare ability to light up a room the instant he smiles. My whole day shifted the moment I met him; he's such a genuinely special person. On top of that, he's incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Before I even made a final decision on my treatment, he walked me through everything thoroughly and even showed me his own personal before and after results, which were amazing. It's so rare to meet someone who blends professionalism and authenticity the way he does. And then there's Eris! I've had Thermage done seven times before but never with results like this. Eris is in a class of her own. Her technique, her precision, her care, it all shows in her work. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, explaining every step, checking in frequently, and performing with the confidence and artistry of someone who truly masters their craft. The results honestly blew me away. My friends even said it looks like she turned my face back five years, and I couldn't agree more. The lift, the smoothness, the overall glow, everything exceeded my expectations. Eris transformed what's normally a great experience into something extraordinary. I left feeling so grateful, not just for the results but for how genuinely cared for I felt the entire time. LaserAway, you already had my loyalty, but after this visit, I'm officially a lifetime fan.

I am extremely sensitive and I was hesitant on committing to treatments because of my low pain tolerance. I am doing laser hair removal on my body and micro needling on my face. The treatments aren’t too bad but they have numbing cream and distracting methods to help with pain. The nurses have been AMAZING. I could not get through the treatments without their encouragement and tactics. I walk out feeling great, with no pain and looking forward to my next treatment. I want to recognize Sandy, Rose and Eris. Thank you for such a great job and always making me feel good.
