Please read this review until the end...because that's where the good stuff is!I was visiting Hermosa Beach, and Hermosa Massage & Spa was recommended. When I arrived, I had immediate concern, as it was a tiny and rather garish store front. I turned the door knob, but it was locked. Thinking I made a mistake, I looked for the hours of operation, when I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who let me in. I purposely arrived 30-minutes early and expected to wait in a comfortable chair with cucumber water. It was not that. Nice place and friendly staff. My husband and I both did a deep tissue massage. His was great but mine was more of a Thai massage which is not my preference. I would definitely recommend.

This was the best massage I've ever had. I melted into the bed. The oil smelled wonderful, like lemon verbena. Perfect pressure, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I loved the music they had playing too, very calming and very in the background.
