“This is a new gem of the South Bay. I'm a designer and buy a lot (A LOT) of tile every month, and I try to buy everything through them. They have the selection and vast options we need, the client care we want, and the integrity that is essential to having a successful business in the south bay. “Working with Mehdi was an absolute dream! The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. Mehdi is both artistic and practical (with his engineering background) and he has great vision on re-imagining a space and more importantly, he listens to you and collaborates with you to come up with a final product that exceeds expectations! To be clear this was a very large project with included remodeling of the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, two stories of flooring and stairs, kitchen and living room re-imagining as well. While we were at it, we upgraded the entire lighting system to smart home. His team are gifted with turning the vision into a physical reality and they are very detail oriented and orderly, I have nothing but praise for their dedication to the project. “Fantastic service and pricing. My mom needed carpet in 3 rooms of her home in Torrance. Costco referred us to Carpet Spectrum. The salesman visited us at my mom's home, guided us to the best carpet for us, and provided a written proposal the same day. He was super responsive and helpful. The installers took two days and were skilled, polite, and clean. The price was $1k below another carpet store in the area that many people use. The experience could not have been better. What a surprise in this day and age to have a company that provides great old fashioned service. Hats off to Carpet Spectrum.“

“Pulsar Construction finished a complete remodeling of our house in Rancho Palos Verdes. It included tackling the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, powder room, stairs, flooring, repiping, electrical work, and painting.
Despite unexpected issues due to our home age (built in 1967), the team resolved challenges like rotten framing and drain pipe cracks.

Thanks to Elena, Dmitry, and the amazing Pulsar team for a smooth process and outstanding work. We are happy with the results and love every corner of our updated home.

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. They worked efficiently and totally cleaned up after the job. We are more than satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or stone work.“

“We needed our oak floors refinished. Brian, who has been in the business for a long time, is very knowledgeable. He came promptly to inspect and measure our floors, and provided a free quote for the job. His quote wasn't the lowest we received, but he inspired such confidence that we chose his business for the work. The team assigned did a great job. They were punctual, meticulous and cordial. After they finished refinishing the floors (which now look like new!), we had painters come paint the walls in the same areas. Brian's people returned after the painting was done to move our heavy furniture back into place because they didn't want to take a chance someone else would mar the floors. True professionals!“

The installation of our wood floor with complex borders, corners, and medallions in four rooms with total 1,200 square feet was not an easy task, but they did it and it was more than satisfactory. “Wilson Floor Company just completed refinishing my hardwood floors which were last refinished in 2004. Travis quickly came to my home and provided a bid. He remained in constant communication with me and answered all of my many questions along the way, always in a timely fashion. Rafael and his assistant Gabriel were outstanding! They are extremely professional and meticulous in how they drape everything off, carefully sand the floors down and then apply the stain and finishing sealer coats. They also did an excellent job of replacing several floorboards that had dry termite damage. My floors look wonderful and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company - particularly if you are refinishing wood floors!“

“We went to see Bert who was honest and we could tell he just wanted help us find the carpet that was best for us. he explained the reasons to get thinner or thicker carpets. The one we chose was stain and fade resistant. 10 year guarantee to boot. I love that he didn't try and up sell us. I don't like salesman type and Bert wasn't. I could tell he really cares.The installers we're amazing Too. They were on time all 3 days and were very careful with moving the furniture. The detail work in the corners and around the baseboards was perfect. They put everything back and even centered Beds, TVs and tables exactly where we wanted. Luxe Home Remodeling gets five stars. I called Samo, the owner and explained my dilemma and he scheduled an appointment to meet with me to discuss my project. Coming behind another contractor to fix is not an easy task, but Samo assessed the situation and new immediately what needed to be done according to code specification. Very knowledgeable, patient, even tempered and personable. A truly great guy!!!! Samo worked within my budget and timeline, which was very important given the fact that I had already invested time and money into a project he was coming in to fix and finish. He is a true visionary and a problem solver who knows code and construction. Has a great eye for detail too.
