If you had 10 stars I would put all the stars on architect Devin Moreau!I first met Devin about a year ago, he was recommended by a friend of a friend who heard great things about him. I invited him over to look at our condo building. I found him so easy to work with, listens to what you are thinking about, makes suggestions we didn't even think of doing, so we signed a contract.When the owners met with Devin to show us you could hear a pin drop from the group. They were literally stunned at what he designed for us. Now we are in the process of hiring a contractor and Devin has agreed to be our CM. Who better than the person who created this absolutely beautiful building....read full review

Earlier this year, I decided to build a house in the back of my property (ADU). Had no idea how to go about it. Started with architects that came to me through word of mouth that didn't go anywhere. I decided to find one on my own and took a gamble with an online search. And, that is how I found Devin Moreau Architects. From the beginning, Devin shared his knowledge and experience of the process. He genuinely cared about my project, walked me through the process and set the expectations for all milestones - Most importantly, he delivered on each one of them on a timely manner.
