Although we have not used the company for work, I have to say my interaction with Rich was stellar. He came out and looked at our deck and saved us money by stating the leak came most likely from another source. He was honest with his opinions and gave us options to move forward. I would not hesitate to use this company for decking needs.

Rich is local so I figured he'd have a good understanding of the waterproofing problems people experience with their decks and balconies in this area. He was very personable, and gave us a very reasonable price. Rich had Enrique work on the balcony, and he was meticulous, worked very hard every day, and would work late if he had to. The man is a perfectionist. He would clean the area every evening too. He was very respectful and courteous. I was very impressed with his work and work ethic. The balcony floor looks very nice. Thank you, gentlemen. I really appreciate the job you did.

I highly recommend Deck Repair Pros. Rich returns phone calls promptly and shows up quickly and when he says he will. Top quality workmanship, very capable employees, and reasonable prices. We had several decks replaced and repaired, then had them come back to track down and repair a totally unrelated leak. We ended up having them resurface the flat portion of our roof as well. Very happy with their work!
