“Dr. Costantino and Payton 'inherited' me when my long time chiropractor retired. From my initial consultation and 3X weekly visits that were filled with multiple adjustments and rehab exercises, I feel like I'm standing taller today and have much greater mobility. Seriously, I think I'm an inch taller after all the kinks were worked out. And I'm down to one visit every other week now because my back feels great!

I appreciate the personal approach that Dr. C takes. Every patient is different and Matt takes the time with each parient to make sure adjustments are necessary. There were many times I had an appointment where after examining me, he stated I didn't need an adjustment that visit. His honesty is truly appreciated.

Now a customer for 8 months, I can't see me using anyone else. The daily spinal hygiene stretches that Payton prescribed are important to keep up and helps in between adjustments. I do a complete set twice a day. The first set after I wake up and the second set late afternoon. And for any golfers out there, I've added about 20 yards to each club thanks to my new nimbleness.“

“About three weeks ago, I woke up with pain in my lower back pain with intermittent needle piercing. I had difficulties walking, sitting and laying down. I couldn't stand up straight. I tried the ice, heat, stretching, TENS, rest but I couldn't get relief. Nothing made it better. I called Dr Levy's office and the receptionist asked when i wanted to come in. I expected sometime next week, but was surprised when she said an opening this afternoon at 3. I arrived on time, and she had me in a room immediately. Dr. Levy came in and asked what was wrong. He has the best bedside manner of any of my doctors - listens to you, down to earth, warm personality, very compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. He said that he could help me. He came back with a heat pad for my lower back. Followed by several adjustments on a padded table. When I stood, I was straighter, and my hips were even. Oh my, it was such a relief! I made another appointment for a couple days later (who would have thought I could be better in one appointment...it had been weeks of pain), but Dr Levy told me to cancel if I felt better. He explained that I should not wait this long if I have back pain again. I now understand the bones alignment gets tweaked, the nerves pinched and the muscles get stretched trying to hold it all together. Dr. Levy says "Come back if you are in pain". In this day of constant up charges, it is very refreshing to have the office tell you not to come back unless I am in pain. Wow! This office is the gold standard.“
