1 star since it's the minimum I can choose. I will not tell my story as it's too long and frustrating to take the time to type and post. Take my word for it, or find out on your own, either way it's unfair and amazing how inefficient and lack of compassion they have for the urgency of the patients and families needs.Hopefully this changes, you are dealing with real people and real lives.

This is the worst clinic! Do not attend! My father is 86 yr old man who needed a follow up after a hospital discharge to continue nursing at home. They gave him an appointment and canceled 6 min before it started. It was an urgent appt and they said because he's not going to permanent patient for a year they cannot see him. Don't doctors take an Oath?? They were going to get paid for the visit by the insurance. Then Alexis the front desk girl stated that they needed his medical records and has no idea how we even got an appointment. Yet they emailed me the new patient paperwork and still she has no idea. Very incompetent! I will be calling the board to complain.
