A very nice and "glamorous" looking place, but also expensive too, even with great Government VSP Insurance coverage. Three permanent receptionists monitoring the front desks and multiple examinations rooms, but only one attendant doctor per day on rotation. I suspect that it's a resident doctors' training facility and not a boutique facility that they are trying to give patients the illusion of. Optics are everything and your first and last instincts or impressions as a new customer.

My family and I have been patients here for many years and love Dr. Milner and his staff! Their optician, Vidi, is amazing! Vidi is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She always understands what I'm looking for and is so kind in helping me pick frames (which takes me two trips sometimes so her patience is amazing lol) and is great at explaining why certain frames will or won't work with progressive lenses for your face shape. I never feel rushed with Vidi and feel like I'm talking with an old friend. She also answers all my insurance questions in a way that's clear and easy to understand. She is an absolute doll and is the cherry on top of a great optometry office.

Worst experience ever! I called and spoke to the gentleman in the front. I asked if the took my insurance, he ran my insurance and said that assured me that they did. So made an appointment one week prior for my self and my children. Day of the appointment there was only one appointment scheduled for myself and three other people I've never heard of. They fix things and we're able to see my children. Then when we're picking out glasses, I was made aware that they in fact DO NOT take my insurance and that it's out of network!
