Been coming to this office for the past 4 so years! The front office staff super friendly, in person and over the phone; I've called to see if I can go in earlier to my appt. and they were able to accommodate me; plus every appointment they send me home with a complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. Love it, gives me a nostalgic feeling since my childhood dentist did this and lot of dentist office don't give any goody bags anymore. During all my appointments they always ready to assist me, never a long wait plus free wifi (password comes on their lobby TV) During my cleanings the dental hygienists are nice and love how they don't make it awkward, they tell me every step they will be doing. I'll always go with Dr. Gretchen

I brought my 5 year old son in for a tooth extraction with Dr. Bala. The office was inviting, kid oriented, and clean. Dr. Bala was great with my son, making him feel comfortable, and explaining each step of the process. He also made sure to check in to make sure I was okay! I highly recommend this office!

After wearing glasses for 14 years since early childhood , I finally decided to make the big decision and get my eyes done . Dr. Freeny is great. Took time with my mom, explained everything clearly and gave us all the options for a treatment plan. She clearly is an expert with the latest information. The staff were also amazing. So good I decided to change this office as my new dermatologist.

So I am a busy mom and I hadn't gotten time to get my hair done in two years, I was also looking for a new stylist so I decided to come to Primorosa Salon and Stephany did my hair and it turned out so well! I look like myself again and feel great. I will definitely try not to go so long in between my appointments this time and I will definitely be coming back!
We are in San Francisco, CA. Our water heater started to leak and we lost hot water. We needed replacement! Our heater also powers a radiant heating system - so not your basic setup.I cannot recommend Hydrotech enough. It is so rare to have such professional and efficient interactions. Communication was easy from the minute I reached out (including on the 4th of July!). Quote process was smooth and Denis was patient with my questions. The actual replacement happened only a couple days later. Very nice job - not hesitating to rework some adjacent pipes that needed work. Had a few more questions / pipes in the radiant system that needed to be air drained and Denis came back a few days later and very graciously took care of it.Thank you!
I cannot say enough positive things about Linda and Alfredo, and their quality of work. My project was small... a bathroom remodel and a kitchen update, in an older home in Oakland... They did beautiful work! The tile work and the painting was top notch. Such amazing attention to detail! They found some rot, after the demo, and made the repairs at an affordable upcharge. I was grateful knowing that everything about my project was going to be structurally sound as well as pretty. I found their pricing to be fair. Not the cheapest (but I don't want the cheapest - I want quality)... also not the most expensive.. their prices are FAIR. Also, they do What they say they're gonna do, When they said they were gonna do it, and for the Price they promised. AND they're always on time. Basically - that's integrity (to me anyway) So, in summary, if you're looking for Honesty, Quality and Fair Pricing - do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be sorry!

I love Dr. Kerenyi. I have been going to see him for over 25 years. I no longer live close, I'm about 45 mins away, but I will drive that just to see him. My doctors have wanted me to see another chiropractor. Most chiropractors use things to help them crank your back & neck. Not Kerenyi, he is a hands-on doctor's & that is what I need. He takes the time to listen to you. He takes the time to find out about your pain. I trust no one else.
I've been a patient of Dr Masangkay for 11 years and I can attest to her professionalism and skill as a dentist. She is very soft spoken and excellent in explaining each detail of the procedures that I am going to have. The staff and dental assistants are all approachable, professional and always smiling. Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.

Dr. Chan is the best optometrist. She is so caring, thorough and very professional. She truly cares about her patients. I have been coming here for 10+ years, never felt the need or desire to go anywhere else. Her team is also great, they always are so nice and efficient. They help and guide you through every step of what they do and the times I've randomly shown up to get my glasses adjusted, they take care of me. Dr. Chan and her team have definitely earned my loyalty.

My son's barber, Christian, was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and attentive. He took the time to listen to my son's preferences and executed the haircut flawlessly. Needless to say, my son left the chair beaming with confidence and satisfaction.
Christian charged me $50 for the hair cut and the entire process took around an hour and a half from start to finish.

This place is really nice, i know a friend who works here and he’s a really nice guy and cuts our hair really nice and is a professional. The salon looks very nice, is pretty big and the people are really nice. The area is pretty nice being close to a couple of fast foods and you can shop.

I’ve been going to the Hercules library for over 15+ years with my daughters. It’s such a clean atmosphere with great Staff. I’ve never been in there once when it wasn’t in order, the atmosphere is extremely quiet which it should be but it’s pleasant. I still love to go in from time to time to grab a good read with my library card, find a quiet area and just read & relax! The bathrooms are also clean which is a plus. I have nothing but great things to say about the Hercules library!

This is long overdue. I always have an easy time getting my teeth cleaned here because of Arcie. I am very sensitive and had seen several dentists before meeting her. She's very welcoming and always checks to make sure I am comfortable. Best of all, she's very gentle. I can't wait to bring my kids here to get their teeth cleaned by her. I would be so disappointed if she ever moved. I work in customer service, so I know how important it is, and that's why I am so comfortable with her. Highly recommend this place, the rest of the staff, and my new dentist.
I was so happy with the wonderful job Daisy did with the bouquet she put together for my friend's 50th work anniversary. She really went the extra mile and I was pleasantly surprised at how GORGEOUS the bouquet was. It's been a long time since I've ordered from an actual florist whose shop I could go to and to see the creation myself and it was totally worth it! Did a walk-in with my BF today on a random Tues morning. Kim wasnt at the shop yet but another lady called and she arrived within 5 mins. My BF & I both got our hands & feet done. He enjoyed the cleanliness, quiet, relax and timely work they did on his mani/pedi. Kim did a great job on my short nurse nails. I love that she can do designs and her shaping is great. She also has very gentle hands and doesnt over file. Not to mention she gave us a great price for the 4 services we came in for. BF & I agree that we found our new spot. We will definitely be back in 3 weeks.
Park Lake Dental has been my dental provider for probably about 18 years. As a child I was very nervous about going to the dentist due to some previous traumatic experiences. They were, and still are, very respectful of my concerns and sensitivities. From the first two or three visits, they remembered my needs without me having to remind them. Only once have I ever had a small issue with their work (filling was not perfect, caused painful bite) and they were very responsive to that. When my insurance provider changed, I was very worried when I learned they didn't take my new insurance. I hesitantly asked what my out-of-pocket cost would be without any insurance. It was VERY reasonable, and for context, I'm definitely on the lower end of the earning spectrum. It's been a few years now and even when I need fillings and x-rays, the cost is very affordable. Park Lake Dental is very convenient in that they are just a few minutes from my house. That said, they are so excellent I would gladly travel 30-45 minutes just to know that I will receive the absolute best care. Today I brought my 3 and a half year old daughter for her first ever dentist visit. They couldn't have been more encouraging and supportive. They offered her surprise toys and stickers for doing well, they were enthusiastic and very friendly with her, and even had a supportive friend she got to interact with which made her day. My daughter has been so excited all day and has been telling everyone her friends at the dentist were so nice to her. TL;DR: I can't imagine ever changing providers. I don't think anyone else would give as thorough, cost-effective, and empathetic care. I highly suggest Park Lake Dental for anyone who either does not have or isn't happy with their current dental provider.

I've been going to this place for about 10 years. Doctor Nazak Mozaffarieh is the sweetest person I've met. She literally saw me grow up. I highly recommend this place. Great staff at the front desk. Everyone is friendly and kind. I also want to thank Perla for being so nice to me and helping me get my glasses the way I wanted, she explained to me very well when I asked how the shading glasses worked. So big shot out to her, the doctor and the whole team at front.
