Heather and Carmen are amazing, these ladies were so patient with me while I tried to find the right frames, which I needed their help. My lens script had a lot in it, Heather double'd making sure everything was right. Both ladies explained in detail about lenses with prism what to expect, warranty. My experience was exceptional!Thank you ladies
Pedro assisted me with fixing my frames that came loose even though I did not purchase the frames here. A simple 3 minute screw adjustment and when I was ready to pay he said do not worry! I will definitely be coming back for future service just based off his awesome customer service and professionalism. Thank you!
Dr. said my new glasses are weaker than my old glasses. How does your vision get better. Test was done quickly and poorly he showed me 8 slides of a bunch of letters and ask which one I could see better. Was not happy
