My fairly new computer wouldn't turn.. oh, well it would turn on but it was simply a blue screen with some sort of message on it giving me options. I was terrified because I do not know anything about computers and I was afraid I would hit a button that would erase all my work. Hundreds of files. I called the net medic and immediately took it down to their office. He was able to save everything that was somewhere on the computer I guess and then do what he had to do to put it all back in and my computer is now up and running perfectly. I had an emergency issue with my hard drive crashing and Brian, Sofia & Devon did a fabulous job in communicating to save and transfer all info & images. Needless to say my computer is my livelihood and it got pretty scary. When I called on Net Medic they assured me they would be able to save my files and hearing Brian's confidence made a huge difference in my "worry". I appreciated the timely service and all the communications that took place to keep me updated as the hours went on while transferring. Brian answered all on-going questions and concerns, and when I got it back, I had an "almost brand new" computer hard drive running so... read full review
