Mrs. Linda,I am so thankful to have such an experienced and professional driver like yourself. You made my daughter feel at ease in driving, and made her driving experience wonderful. The instructors were always very helpful and supportive. Maria is a very genuine and wonderful instructor who truly cares about her students. They helped me get from extreme anxiety over driving to passing my behind the wheel. Thank you so much!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My daughter had two of the three driving lessons and when I had called back after I scheduled her driving test at the DMV, they didn't answer or reply to me EVER. I left 3 voicemails within 3 days and no one returned my call. I called one last time before going into the office myself and someone finally answered. Carlos was his name I believe. He said they didn't have time to fit my daughter into their schedule anywhere and to just come by the office so someone can sign her permit saying she took all three classes. I told him that I paid for her to have 3 lessons and I wanted her to have 3 lessons. He kept telling me that they had no open spots for her and that it was my fault for calling in so late. I Left 3 voicemails (two weeks prior to her DMV apt) and they never bothered to call back, so how was it my fault they didn't have time for her?! He kept refusing until I asked for my money back and then all of a sudden (literally right there on the phone) he had an open spot for my daughters 3rd lesson. Not once did he apologize and he was VERY rude the whole conversation. The only reason I am giving two stars is because my daughter thought both of the women that took her driving were very nice. I will not be using their services for my other children.
