Jason came out on a scorching day, a year ago to my sister's place. He was very polite, honest, fair priced, quick to get our AC up and running again us. He replaced a capacitor for the AC. Ever since that day we Only call jason to service and maintain our unit. Maintenances three months before summer and three months before winter, change the air filter every three months I enjoy doing that on my own, and clear away anything around the out side unit. It's okay to take a water hose to the AC outside. Anything to help prolong the life of your unit. Is what's best. I feel that much more knowledgeable after Jason explains his work. Keep up the great work.
