Shout out to the stylist Madison from grooming, she was very welcoming and supportive in finding the right style for my golden retriever. She was fast and amazing, the attention to detail was incredible as well!
we love petsmart and come here at least once a week for our kitties. Avery was so nice and helpful the other day! He has the best customer service skills and can carry a conversation. We also get a lot of food when we go and he kept everything orderly and organized which means a lot since cat food is a lot of single pouches.
So far my experience with the PetSmart in Hemet is positive. When we adopted our dog, we went straight to this location so we could get her the necessities. I forgot the cashier's name, but she overheard that we adopted her that day (we had to show proof of adoption) and gave us a book with a good amount of coupons. She took the time and scanned as many coupons so we could save. Two months later, we took our dog to her first grooming. The person at the desk with dark hair had great customer service. The groomer Sami asked about her likes and dislikes. She took the time to make our dog feel as comfortable as she could. I appreciate the employees for all the help.
