Horrible customer service. After leaving multiple messages to call me for a quote, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone. She scheduled the owner to come to the house at a specific time to give us a quote. He was an hour and a half late, spent a few minutes getting his measurements and told us he would contact us with the estimate. Nothing. Again, I tried getting ahold of them to see if they had completed the quote. She finally called me back only to tell me that they're too busy and can't take on any new work. This whole process from first call to last call took two weeks. I understand people are busy but they should have at least enough decency... read full review

Just wanted to thank Tim for the outstanding job he did for us on our wrought iron interior stair railing in our Canyon Lake home.He came out to our house numerous times to give much needed advise. He was a joy to work with and always so willing and patient. His price was fair and Love the final outcome. Thank you Tim!!!
