Came in to check the place out since I was shopping next door.
Workers were VERY rude. I would think if they wanted business, they should take a different approach. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, the male nail tech said "you have an appointment?...pick your polish". No hello, no welcome....no greeting at all. It was my first (and only time) there. Pedicures are important to me (been doing them for decades) and I like to find them relaxing as well. But I knew immediately I did not care for his lack of customer service so I chose the basic pedicure only.... something I never do. But even that was rushed and poor quality. I paid $5 extra for a buff (instead of polish) but got little to no shine. I knew instantly I would not be back. I left a 20% tip though he did not earn it. He never asked me if I liked the final result, never said thank you. Just used a blower to blow product dust all over his customer. The female in the shop was pleasant with her customer interaction. Had to go home and file and buff all over. I'm an RN, but I did a better job myself.
