They provide quality customer service from the telephone call to obtain information about an estimate, to the completion of the flooring in your home. The owner Neal and his wife Arlene are very helpful in providing you with the best feedback and advice regarding the flooring that will best meet your needs, depending on the type of home you own, rental home, or business. I can’t say enough of the kindness that this company has given me! My Father passed away and I was trying to get some flooring fixed from Arizona so I could sell his house! Working with Neil and his wife was a bitter sweet moment! The kindness and professionalism reminded me of the lessons my Father taught me! These are good people and they showed it!
