Kalos Tax Management has been preparing our tax returns for the past 3 years. This was our third or fourth year using Kalos. I moved from a higher volume tax preparer on the coast that seemed to be just going through the motions. The information collecting INTUIT link made getting my info to Kalos quite simple. A couple of phone calls to clarify some issues and my taxes were completed. Our phone calls were handled promptly and courteously by the office staff. We were able to sign the forms online and file without going into the office. The refund was directly deposited into our account. Easy Peasy...

I absolutely love Kalos! Extremely knowledgeable, always friendly, great communication, always willing to answer any questions we have. Highly recommend! We have been with them for over 10 years. Won't go anywhere else.
