This is the best animal hospital I've ever been to in all of riverside county. I'll spare you the horror stories I have from other hospitals that are not Hemet Animal Hospital but ever since we started coming here it's been nothing but great. All staff goes above and beyond for our pets and are so knowledgeable and sweet!!
Excellent service. We met with Dr. Fernandez and she listened, was attentive, and compassionate! She read the room very well as we discussed our aging dogs health needs. She picked up on emotional cues and responded compassionately. She also didn't seem rushed.
Reasonable prices, got me in the next day, my cat had surgery on her face to remove dead tissue from an infected wound. Took care of her and got us home that day. They're busy, but DR. kruckenberg did fine work. Only been here once, but it was as pleasant an experience as it could have been.
