Having a family gathering on Labor day. 2pm I noticed the AC was out. Called Elite! They said they wouldn't be able to get to me until 5pm. Within an hour Jacob showed up. Great service! I've used Elite for about 15 - 20 years now and they have always been fair, trustworthy, and affordable. Elite has installed new units at my house and commercial property, repaired the old units when necessary, and the best part for me is knowing that I don't have to worry about anything once Elite comes out when I call.
