Called on a Sunday and he came out within in the hour, diagnosed and fixed the issue. We are very appreciative of the fact that he took the time to explain what he was doing, and what to look for in the furture, instead of just doing it without explanation. My AC broke during one of the hottest heat waves we’ve had in this area. I contacted them and they were out right away my problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes the tech was professional, very nice, all-around good guy.
