“After a couple years of Peloton and weights I was ready to go back to a gym. I thought I was in shape but these HIIT classes kicked my butt! I love that everyday is different so your muscles are constantly challenged. Also, you are really encouraged to come every day as M, W, F are mostly cardio and the other days are mostly strength. I wore my heart monitor and got up to the red zone (always a goal). I also like the diversity of the class - men and women, older and young. Really glad I joined.“
