Diana has been my skin care practitioner extraordinaire for several years. She is caring, always creates a relaxing atmosphere, makes each visit personal and is always (!) on time. Each facial is special and I always enjoy the results. She just wouldn't have it any other way. : )

This review is long overdue. I no longer live in the area, but for those in need of expert body waxing in the North Bay, Diana is the only one to see. She's a hidden gem in downtown Healdsburg, and she's worth the drive. Her technique and attention to detail are unrivaled, and she's a true professional. She's also a lovely, kind person and makes my bikini/Brazilian wax a wonderful experience. Her rates are also very affordable and well below industry average. I've gotten terrible waxing at other places for double the price. Most importantly, everything is clean - spotless, actually. Ladies, put your razors down, and go see Diana. You won't regret it! :-)

I've been going to Diana for almost 10 years now for facials and bikini waxings. Her European Facial is fantastic! Not only do you get a meticulously deep cleansing of the pores and much-needed rehydration of the skin, but also a wonderfully relaxing massage of the head, neck, shoulders, upper back and hands while she is steaming away all the dirt and grime that accumulates on the skin. Diana focuses on thorough extractions and proper cleansing, unlike some salons which just give you a face massage with some creams and call it a day. She takes the time look at what's happening with my skin and makes recommendations to correct trouble areas, or even perform microdermabrasion for those really stubborn areas. She uses quality face products and I always feel clean, refreshed and relaxed when she's done. Her waxings are fast, incredibly reasonable (dare you to find her quality of work for less $$) and she always takes the extra time to make sure every last hair is removed to have a smooth and even look. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to this, but Diana knows how to make the process as quick and painless as possible for me. To top it all off, Diana is the most personable and attentive skincare professional I've worked with. I used to make the journey from The East Bay to Healdsburg, just because I like her and her services--yes, it was worth the drive! Now that I'm back in Sonoma County, I am closer by and will continue to see her for her excellent work!!
