Attended a sound bath healing. Was amazing! Space is uniquely designed, grounding, and comforting. You have to experience it for yourself. Will definitely return as frequently as I can. P

I loved the sound bath experience so much! My first time and had no experience with the concept but I quickly felt like an expert with the staffs assistance support and encouragement of me to fully immerse into the whole body experience. I’ll be back again and again !

This wellness center is amazing. I have been receiving the red light therapy for 4 weeks now and my fine lines are softer and my skin feels and looks different. Channa has created a wellness mecca ... I'm de-stressing faster, and feeling more in harmony with my body. There is nothing like this place in Sonoma County.
