Both of my toilets backed up into both bathtubs. Yuck! What a foul mess. The first plumber I called, Redwood Sewer & Drain, was very friendly and knowledgeable, but his crew was tied up. Gregg referred me to Rapid Rooter. Amazingly they had someone close by to assist me. Tim was at my house in 10 minutes, just as he said. Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the problem cleared within an hour! What a relief.

Very professional. Cleared a drain for me and didn't try to find or make up other problems like Mr. Rooter would have. Very fair price to clear my drain. Showed up quick and took care of the problem fast. I have used MSI on my commercial jobsites in the past and they have always been great to work with and have always solved the issues they were hired to resolve. I highly recommend them.

My mom needed a plumber to unplug her kitchen sink. Eric from Rapid Rooter came out the next morning and did a great job explaining everything that he was doing, and found the culprit/clog right away in a pipe. Thank you for your excellent customer service and work, Eric and Rapid Rooter! My mom really appreciates having a working kitchen sick again!
