We love the doctors and staff here. They are so warm and loving to my dog, he actually looks forward to going in to see them! When he was a puppy we were frequenting the vet’s office and the staff at Memorial beach always made themselves available, laid out all of the options and their recommendations and I so appreciate their transparency. They truly treat us like family.

I've been here for years and had no problems before Dr lane and Marty were great. I just took my dog in and there is a new vet. Every time I go they charge me for every single thing. They made me come in twice for shots instead of one time and charged me again for a "recheck" because my dogs ear was dirty. Then they charged me 100 for an ear swab without getting my consent to more charges. I had to pay 700 for a few shots and ear cleaning and swab. Before I always paid around 200 for her yearly and shots. They want to charge me 4,000 to get a tumor mass removed that might not be cancer. Redwood quoted me 1,700. While they are professional now I'm thinking they just want my money. I'm not coming back to this vet sadly and I've been here for years.

Great customer service, friendly doctors and staff; my pup always receives excellent care every time. I live in the Fresno area, and I still travel this far because of the excellent service.
