Richard was wonderful, First time I called for repair he came to my office that evening after he got back from San Francisco picked up my computer and delivered it to me the following morning all fixed and hooked it up and show me how to use it , as I’m not to computer savvy. Fantastic job!! Thank You Richard

I was visiting Sonoma and ran into a computer problem that was keeping me from working remotely - Richard at All Pro was able to solve my problem very quickly so that I could work again. He responded almost immediately to my request for help, which I really appreciated. He is both knowledgeable and friendly and if I lived in the area he would be my go-to computer guy!

I was so happy to find Richard.I had come within an inch of being scammed for thousands. They were in my computer, in control, and messing around in my bank account!I ran to the bank to see what was going on in my account. I had to go home, unplug it, change all my bank passwords thru my phone and get my computer cleaned asap. I was not looking forward to going down to Best Buy and standing in line so I found Richard online. So much easier.Plus, Richard not only cleaned my computer, but he set it up securely and taught me what I had to do to keep it that way.His compassionate attitude salved my bruised ego too.
