“We had a part of our sewer main that was very old and in bad shape. I called Fito based on reviews and that it appeared they do heavier excavation work. Fito came out the same day to snake, scope, and diagnose. They confirmed what I suspected - that we needed portions of the sewer main replaced. He also found some other necessary spot repairs and quoted a reasonable price for the work. I asked when he could do it and he said "tomorrow". We'd been struggling to find plumbers to properly diagnose the problem let alone give us a quote to fix it. Fito's crew came the next day and efficiently did the bulk of the work. The day after that, they came and repaired the asphalt cut outs and even replaced concrete they'd had to break out that's under a permanent deck (i.e., not visible). When they were done, a gravel area they'd had to completely dig up looked like no excavation had been done. It looks perfect. Plumbing is working great since they came. So, by the third day after I'd called, major underground work was done and it looked like they'd never been there. If you have any plumbing work you need, especially heavier work that involves excavation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fito.“

Keith answered promptly when I called the main number today and we set up an appointment to have a problem with our tankless water heater. This post is mainly to state that the business is open and the reports of it being closed are incorrect. I will update the review after the service appointment. Keith did service our Navien tankless in 2015 and I found him to be professional and did qualify work. I wouldn't have called him back otherwise.“

“I've been using Carlos for all of my plumbing issues since moving into our house in 2011. Prior to moving in, Carlos ran a gas line from my meter to the kitchen. While here, he replaced a nonexistent air gap for the dishwasher, checked for leaks throughout the house, and even went into the crawlspace, where he found, and fixed a leak from the downstairs bathroom. He was the middle of three bids and I'm so glad I used him. He was only here for the gas line, for which he also got the permit, but offered to check out the whole house. He barely charged me for the leak repair and charged me nothing for the air gap (he happened to have one in his truck). I've used him to clear my main drain a couple of times and he's always reasonable, even at night or the weekend, and always does great work. He is also very personable and honest. I highly recommend Carlos for all your plumbing issues.“

That's because they take the time and effort to ensure that each client's problems are completely handled before leaving. Rest assured that when they show up, they will get everything done and ensure your plumbing needs are all settled, just like what they were doing for the previous client. Jeff and Norma came to my place to fix my rusted bathroom sink. My new sink was too big but they were able to drill my countertop to make room for it. In addition to installing a new sink, faucet, supply lines, and angle valves, they also fixed the leaking nipples inside my wall. Jeff also checked up on leaking hoses and another leaking bathroom faucet, even though my appointment was just for my first bathroom sink. “I rent a unit in a commercial space in Hayward. PG&E shut down our gas line due to a leak. I called the Plumbing Guys for a quote to evaluate the situation and for repairs. The commercial space is very old and it took a wizard to figure out basic information about our line. The plumber had a genius idea to bypass the old line and set up a more direct path to our heating unit on the roof. They sent us a very reasonable quote right away and are are in the process of applying for permits from the city of Hayward. They are very flexible in working with our business schedule.
