When I initially called I talked to Desire and she guided me through the options that best fit my budget and scenario. She was so helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I wanted to express our satisfaction beyond expectations with Vincent Roofing. There quote was competitive with 2other quotes we obtained. When we were deciding Don tried his best to tweak it as much as he could. He then went through what we can expect each step of the way. The job started when he said it would and ended within a short time afterward. He came back to make sure a few items were completed and the final bill was exactly like he said in the contract. While Don is busy leading his crew his sister Desire acts as the office manager and any questions or concerns throughout the project was conveyed to her and in turn conveyed to Don who responded immediately.... read full review
