There is never a good time to have a computer issue but the service, quality and value Vicentech provides keeps us coming back. Anytime we have a problem or need to add a computer or device to our system this is the only call we make!

I had taken my computer to another shop, where one issue was replaced with another. Didn't feel confident about leaving it there, so I turned to Yelp to find somebody else near where I live and that's when I found Vicentech. This is a mom and pop type of shop located directly across the street from the 7-11 on Jackson Street in Hayward. I have an Apple iMac and the work was completed without issues. I would strongly suggest either texting or calling Vicente first, rather than just showing up to his shop to let him know you're on your way to see him. Vince gave me really great customer service when know-one else could. Answered my call, was informative. Once my laptop was complete he even helped me with extra downloads for school.Thanks
