Brang my son and nephew in for a last minute haircut on a Thursday afternoon, every barber had someone in the chair but I was still greeted promptly and was able to get them both cut in under an hour. I dealt with a barber upstairs and down stairs both were very friendly and I was happy with both haircuts will definitely be returning.
I was in dire need of a beard and hair trim for Date Night with no appointment, and Arsh was the hero who stepped in and saved the day, my girl couldnt keep her hands off me! Thank you Arsh, def comin back!
I scheduled an appointment with Michael, for my dad. Scheduled it the day before, and came in today. My dad is in a wheelchair, he just got done with surgery from a month ago, he had half of his foot amputated from a foot infection, so he's been recovering from it this whole time and he hasn't been able to get a fresh haircut in a while. He's been staying at Hayward Gardens Post Acute, the center across the street. So we wheeled him across the street and this shop treated us so special. Michael along with Joe and a few other gentlemen barbers helped pick my dad up and put him on the chair, Michael gave him a 5 star hot towel shave and made him look 10 years younger. I can't thank these guys enough for their hospitality and professional help with my dad. I give this place 5 stars. Great service and friendly. Best barbershop in Hayward hands down.
