Bad attitudes work is slipping and too expensive. I dont think these owners and technicians realize you wouldnt be in business if it wasnt for the customers. I think they need to have more appreciation and offer a free design or 2 for thier long standing customers. Or have a customer appreciation day twice a year to let us customers know we are appreciated.

I used to refer allot of people here but she loses long time customers because she double books and has loyal clients waiting over 30 minutes for a pre booked appointment. Respect your clients time.

went into nail shop today said what i wanted they had me waiting for like 15 minutes then told me they were too busy treated me like my money wasn’t good there. that was not ok cause i begin to like the shop but today was terrible service so i took my money to Oh My nails very professionally done !
